New!! April 28th, 2006 - Hi I moved a lot of my writing info over to www.karenkalbacher.com. But don't worry, I plan on updating this site too! I currently write freelance for Origivation Magazine. August 10th, 2005 - Hey, my art is up at ::name removed:: My new website: KarenKalbacher.com is open and readty for business. I'm still writing and looking around for places to submit. But not much to update yet. Soon, I promise. Go read the new Harry Potter!

June 10th, 2005 - Intrigue Magazine has republished my story: Noone Swims in September in their June Issue. Check thout out through Silence Speaks. Artisan's Grove is updated. So is pretty much everything else. If you're a fan of the art section, I will be fixing the pictures this week. Look forward to that! Also check out: Intheoryrocks.com. I designed the site. It's nice to be working.

May 17th, 2005 - I got a story published! Flashquake is publishing my flash fiction, Anniversary will appear in their summer issue. Check it out. Also on the artsy end of things: I got my 1st art show over at "Taming of the Brew" a coffee shop in Bala Cynwyd. Very excited about it. I've been working double time to get enough new and better paintings ready for the show. I'll be there several days and Colleen the owner will be having a "meet the artist" night. Anyway if you're interested it's: ::name has been removed due to closing of store shortly after art show...oh well worth a shot, right?::

May 2, 2005 - Artisan's Grove is updated! The Blog is updated. The Links are updated and so are the Free Plugs! Who know's what might be updated tomorrow? Also check out my art site. It's been completely revamped and even Pet Sketch has new sketches on it. So come on in and check it out.

March 31, 2005: I've been published! Check me out on ABC-wine.com. I just completed an article for them called, "Hardcore to Connisseur." My photos in the Art section have been updated. I added some pictures from my recent trip to SF, CA. These are the artsy ones. My blog might be updated. I had trouble with the interface yesterday. If not I'll fix it tonight. More to come in the following days!

March 16, 2005: Artisan's Grove is updated. Free Plugs is updated and I got an offer to write a column for ABC Columnists.com! I'm very excited about it. I will keep you updated. I want to add a game to the site so stay tuned for that...My blog will be updated tonight or tomorrow.

March 5, 2005: Artisan's Grove updated. Novel Excerpt is updated. My blog has a new entry. I'm thinking of adding interviews. If you do something interesting or have a great story, email me. I'd love to interview you.

March 2, 2005: I've been pretty busy. If you've been here before you'll notice there's a whole host of new links down the righthand side of the site. All of the new links are going to be updated on a weekly basis to keep things jumping around here. An on-going story-my own web soap opera if you will- Artisan's Grove is premiering. Please let me know if you like it. Also and excerpt from the novel I'm currently editing is up. My blog is updated and I have a guestbook now!

My goal is to have a novel published by next year. Wish me luck. I never seem to get past the writing stage. Check back a lot to see my progresss.
